Activity Reason Text :	6/4/2021 update: Airlite plant OOS through June, so all Airlite wells OOS through June 2021 per email status update. DMS 5/6/2021 All Airlite wells expected to be OOS through June due to Airlite gw treatment plant taken out of service for a filter influent piping project per email status update. DMS 06/04/2018: Airlite Treatment Plant (TP02) : The construction under permit 0269-FY2018 is nearing completion with chlorination and testing of the pipe and new pump #4 currently underway. Upon passing tests and receiving an operating permit the Airlite Wells and their treatment will be brought back on line and regulatory testing of the wells and plant will resume. 05/09/2018: Airlite Plant (TP02) was taken out of service in March to begin work under construction permit 0269-FY2018 Airlite Booster Station Piping Modifications. Rough time frames for stages of that construction to be accomplished are now late May or early June for the West Zone Boosters to be finished and tested for Operating Permit and put into service, and June for the Airlite Plant (TP02) to be placed back into service. While Airlite Plant (TP02) is down there can¿t be any sampling of its remaining wells for monthly sampling (WL22165,WL22166,WL22168, and WL22169). Also, any required monthly fluoride or any other required test samples will not be able to be acquired. 04/05/2018: Airlite Plant (TP02) was taken out of service in March .
